RAWR’s core values are: GROWTH, BETTERMENT, and GENEROSITY. These three core values are the core of who we are and what we want to achieve with the community.

Growth– We are focused on growing and improving. This is not a destination, rather a continuous journey. At times it may be uncomfortable and challenging, but experiencing the process of growth is always enjoyable because we are better able to have a positive impact on others.

Betterment-We have skills attained from a combination of formal education and array of experiences that have helped ourselves and others improve in all areas of life. We know that others will experience similar results and will work with one group at a time trying to reach as many people as possible.

Generosity– We want to give back to others, knowing that these skills can change lives. Our happiness results not from monetary means, rather from interacting with others and being on the journey of growth with them.
